Arrival and departure (check-in and check-out)
On the day of your arrival, your room and wellness board will be at your disposal from 14:30.
On the day of your departure, we would request that you leave your room by 10:30. In the event your are expecting to arrive after 20:00, please give us notice in a short phone call.
Late check out on your departure day is possible according to prior agreement with the reception paying a surcharge:
Bed & Breakfast
If you wish a bed and breakfast treatment, we will deduct € 15,00 a day per person from the price of the ¾ wellness board published in the price list.
In the event of cancellation, please give us written notice.
In case of cancellation made with at least 45 days’ notice to be calculated from your arrival day, no cost will be charged to you.
In case of cancellation with a notice up to 30 days to be calculated from your arrival day, the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellation up to 15 days before your date of arrival, 50% of the total agreed price for the stay will be retained.
In the event of cancellation up to 8 days before your date of arrival, 60% of the total agreed price for the stay will be retained.
In the event of cancellation inferior to 8 days before your date of arrival, 70% of the total agreed price for the stay will be retained.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will be obliged to charge 80% of the price of the remaining hotel services booked but not used.
Your booking is confirmed on receipt of your deposit of €100.00 per person.
In order to pay by bank transfer, our bank details will be given to you upon confirmation of the booking.
You can tell us also your credit number with validity date (not American Express) by phone or you can fill in the payment form on our homepage under “prices & offers” – “deposit”.
We’re happy to welcome smaller dogs, but please let us know so that we can agree in advance. We charge € 25,00 a day for each dog (without food). Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, the wellness area or the garden.
Substitutions and reimbursements cannot be made for any hotel services not used.
Insurance for travel cancellation (European Travel Insurance)
The unexpected can always happen before departure – and in the event of cancellation you will be financially covered thanks to our insurance, a product of the Hogast Insurance Services. Travel cancellation insurance is valid in the event of illness or for other documented reasons.
Methods of payment
At the moment of the check out you can pay in cash, with EC-card and credit card (except American Express) or before your arrival by bank transfer.
Room preferences/table preferences
We are happy to consider specific wishes regarding rooms or tables, but we cannot guarantee confirmations with set numbers of rooms or tables.
Our special offers (summer and winter packages) must be booked in advance in writing.

Indeed, if during a stay of at least 7 nights at the hotel it should rain for 8 hours in succession between 08:00 and 18:00 (excluding August), every rainy day will be refunded.
The voucher issued in this case can be used for your next summer holiday of a minimum of 7 nights, remains valid for two years and can also be transferred to your friends!
Once the new price lists are published, the previous prices will cease to be valid.
The management is not responsible for any errors in printing or translation and reserves the right to make changes to the price list.
Not included in the total price of your stay: € 1,80 per person per night for the tourist tax.
