Our weekly programme at a glance

With us you stay in motion – all day long. In our hotel in Olang we offer you a varied weekly programme with countless activities, such as 15 guided hikes, leisurely e-bike tours, speedy Nordic walking, exciting zipline adventures, yoga and Pilates, sunrise hikes with senior host Christian Gasser, farm visits, or rafting. This is accompanied by a colourful exercise programme, ranging from aqua gym lessons to circuit training, stretching, and back exercises. Weekly highlight: the barbecue party at Chalet Hubertus. One thing is for sure: An active holiday in South Tyrol is sure to move you.

Sunday

  • 10.30 to 11.30 a.m.: Golf taster course in Reischach

Monday

  • 8.15 to 8.35 a.m.: Fit & Fun aqua fitness lesson with Werner in the pool
  • 9 to 9.45 a.m.: Presentation of the weekly programme with Eberhard in the meeting room
  • 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.: Hike along the San Pouses path with Werner
  • 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.: Easy hike to the hut at the end of the Sexten valley with Eberhard
  • 5 to 6 p.m.: Back School lesson with Werner in the gym
  • 5 to 6 p.m.: Information about the indoor and outdoor activities with Eberhard in the meeting room 
  • From 7 p.m.: Tyrolean evening with regional culinary delights

Tuesday

  • 8.15 to 8.35 a.m.: Aqua fitness lesson for the leg muscles with Werner in the pool
  • 8.45 to 9.15 a.m.: Full-body Thera-Band workout with Sonja in the gym
  • 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.: Hike to the summit of Picco di Vallandro/Dürrenstein in Prags with Werner
  • 9.30 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Leisurely bike ride – easy tour through Val Pusteria/Pustertal with Sonja
  • 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.: Easy hike to the Knuttenalm pasture in Rein in Taufers with Eberhard
  • 3.30 to 4.45 p.m.: Nordic walking for beginners with Sonja
  • 4 to 4.30 p.m.: Fitness circuit with Eberhard in the fitness room
  • 5 to 5.30 p.m.: Pilates with Sonja in the fitness room
  • 5 to 6 p.m.: Introduction to the gym equipment with Werner in the fitness room
  • 5 to 6 p.m.: Bread baking in the Hubertus oven with Eberhard
  • 5.35 to 6 p.m.: Aerobics with Sonja in the fitness room

Wednesday

  • From 5.45 a.m.: Sunrise meets Sky Pool – sunrise at the pool with a glass of Prosecco
  • 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Easy via ferrata on Monte Paterno/Paternkofel with Toni
  • 8 to 8.40 a.m.: Yoga with Sonja in the fitness room
  • 8.15 to 8.35 a.m.: Aqua jogging for general fitness with Werner in the pool 
  • 9 to 9.40 a.m.: Coordination training with Sonja in the fitness room 
  • 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.: Hike on the "Croda de R'Ancona" Dolomite front with Werner 
  • 9.15 to 9.45 a.m.: Information from Eberhard at the hiking and active info point  
  • 9.50 a.m. to 2 p.m.: Visit to the “Von Grebmer” farm with Sonja
  • 10 a.m. to 4.30 p.m.: Highlight hike to the Berger Alm pasture in Valle di Anterselva/Antholzertal with Eberhard
  • 5 to 6 p.m.: Back School lesson with Werner in the fitness room
  • 5 to 6 p.m.: Jogging with Eberhard
  • 4 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.: Trip to Lake Prags and South Tyrolean picnic with Adi 
  • From 7 p.m.: Italian evening

Thursday

  • 4.20 to 8 a.m.: Sunrise hike with senior host Christian Gasser
  • 8.15 to 8.35 a.m.: Aqua fitness for the cardiovascular system with Werner in the pool
  • 9 to 4.30 a.m.: Mountain hike to Katzenleitenkopf with Werner
  • 9.15 to 9.45 a.m.: Information from Eberhard at the hiking and active info point 
  • 9.30 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Leisurely bike ride – easy tour through Val Pusteria/Pustertal with Sonja 
  • 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.: Easy hike to the Schönbergalm pasture with Eberhard
  • 3.30 to 4.45 p.m.: Nordic walking with Sonja
  • 4 to 6.30 p.m.: Trip to Lake Prags and South Tyrolean picnic with Eberhard
  • 5 to 5.30 p.m.: Full-body training with dumbbells with Sonja in the fitness room 
  • 5.00 to 6 p.m.: Bowling fun in the bowling alley of the Hubertus Park with Werner 
  • 5.40 to 6 p.m.: Body bliss, the holistic body training, with Sonja in the fitness room
  • 6.30 to approx. 7.30 p.m.: A look behind the scenes of the hotel with senior host Christian Gasser 

Friday

  • 7.50 to 8.10 a.m.: Aqua fitness training for arms and shoulders with Werner in the pool
  • 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.: Highlight hike to the Zwölferspitz and Lake Grünbachsee with Werner
  • 10.30 to 3.30 p.m.: Easy hike to Chalet Hubertus followed by a barbecue party with the Gasser Family
  • 3.30 to 4.45 p.m.: Forest bathing with Sonja
  • 5 to 6 p.m.: Relaxation according to Jacobson with Sonja in the fitness room
  • 5.40 to 6 p.m.: Relaxation exercises in the fitness room 
  • From 7 p.m.: Candle-light dinner

Saturday

  • 8.15 to 8.35 a.m.: Fit and Fun aqua fitness training in the pool
  • 9 to 9.40 a.m.: Pilates with Sonja in the fitness room
  • 10 a.m. 3.30 p.m.: Easy hike in Montal to the Steinzger Alm pasture with Sonja
  • 4 to 4.45 p.m.: Belly, legs and bottom gymnastics with Sonja in the fitness room 
  • 5 to 5.40 p.m.: Intensive yoga with Sonja in the fitness room
  • 5.35 to 6 p.m.: The 5 Tibetans with Sonja in the fitness room
