Good to know

• In case of cancellation made with at least 45 days from your arrival day, it is free and there is a full refund.
• In case of cancellation with a notice up to 30 days to be calculated from your arrival day, the booking deposit will be retained.
• In the event of cancellation up to 15 days before your date of arrival, 50% of the total agreed price for the stay will be retained.
• In the event of cancellation up to 5 days before your date of arrival, 70% of the total agreed price for the stay will be retained.
• In the event of cancellation inferior to 5 days before your date of arrival, 100% of the total agreed price for the stay will be retained.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will be obliged to charge 100% of the price of the remaining hotel services booked but not used. Only the dinner / breakfast price will be deducted.

Things can happen before the start of a trip. If you need to cancel your booking, we recommend that you take out our attractive travel insurance at € 15.00 per night and room.

Covered incidents:

• You or your travel companion are unable to travel due to illness or a serious accident.
• A first-degree family member is involved in a serious accident or sudden emergency which requires hospitalisation.
• You or your travel companion suffer significant damage to property (house or apartment) that requires personal attendance.

In the event of damage or injury, we require confirmation in the form of a medical certificate or a certificate from a public authority.

Please note: The travel insurance applies in the event of cancellation of the entire stay and cannot be claimed in the event of late arrival or early departure. In the event of a no-show, our usual cancellation charges will apply.

We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Please check the international limit of your card before arrival. You are welcome to pay your stay in advance by bank transfer.

Four different parking areas, partly covered, are provided free of charge. Unfortunately, reservations are not possible – parking spaces are allocated according to availability. Please note that we do not have a garage.

The parking areas are equipped with 32 e-charging stations, where electric vehicles can be conveniently charged for a fee.

Upon arrival, the Kronplatz Guest Pass is provided free of charge. In addition to the hotel’s extensive activity program, this pass also grants access to a wide range of leisure and activity offers organized by the local tourism association.

Furthermore, with the Kronplatz Guest Pass, all public transportation (city bus, train, and regional buses) throughout South Tyrol can be used free of charge.

Please do not disturb the atmosphere by indiscreet filming or photographing. Please be considerate of other guests when taking a photo for a special memory. Photography is prohibited in the sauna & nude areas. The use of drones is absolute prohibited on our area. It is therefore against the law and will be sanctioned with a penalty of 3.000 €.

Families with children are also welcome at our property. However, please note that our house is specialized in active holidays, wellness, and relaxation – a retreat for those seeking peace and regeneration.

For this reason, we have only limited capacity for accommodating families and do not offer specific facilities such as playgrounds or childcare services.

We kindly ask for your understanding that, especially for guests with young children, we may not always be able to offer an environment that fully meets the needs of families.

Would you like to spend a holiday with your dog in South Tyrol? Dogs are welcome at request. We charge € 35.00 per day - without food. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms, wellness area, and garden and must be kept on a leash in the hotel. To take your dog on a short walk, we recommend our Hubertus Park below the hotel.

Please note that we unfortunately do not offer couple treatments. Depending on availability, treatments may be booked at the same time, but will take place in separate treatment rooms.

Unused services will not be replaced or refunded.

Ski lifts
The lifts open at 8:30 am and close between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm.

Ski pass
All ski passes can be purchased online or directly at the Gassl valley station from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Ski room
Each room features a private ski locker with integrated ski holders and a heated ski boot dryer.

Ski transfer
To and from the Kronplatz ski area (Olang valley station), we provide a convenient daily shuttle service from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with our hotel shuttle.

Snowshoes
For guided snowshoe hikes, snowshoes are provided free of charge. Subject to availability, you may also borrow them free of charge for private use.

Hiking
For our hikers, we provide a backpack, a thermos bottle, and an umbrella in your room for loan. Hiking boots can be stored in our hiking and ski depot. Hiking maps are available directly at the reception.

Cycling
Mountain bikes and bicycles can be borrowed free of charge from our partner “Rent a Bike” in the center of Mitterolang (a surcharge applies for e-bikes and is to be paid directly to the partner). You will receive the required voucher for bike rental at the reception.

We offer free Wi-Fi access throughout the entire hotel.

For our guests, a free self-service laundry room is available with a washing machine (detergent included) and a dryer. An iron is also provided.

In addition, we offer a laundry service at an additional charge. Laundry handed in before 10:00 am is usually processed within 24 hours. For delicate items, processing time may be extended to up to 48 hours. Service availability may be limited on weekends and public holidays.
