Hiking at Lake Anterselva
Without any rush
You don’t need to climb high to leave the world behind for a moment. Sometimes, all it takes is a peaceful path – and a lake that looks like someone forgot the sky in it.
Lake Anterselva lies nestled between mountains, forests, and silence. A natural trail of about 4 km runs along the shore, partly over wooden boardwalks, partly across mossy forest ground. Time and again, new perspectives open up: reflections in the water, light filtering through the trees, the distant murmur of a stream.
Those who walk this path often do so more slowly than planned. Not out of fatigue – but because each section invites you to pause. A bench here, a glance upward there. Time loses its meaning. And that’s exactly what makes this circular walk so special.
