In our hotel in Olang no day is like the other, because we have come up with plenty of ideas for our guests. Our experienced guides will take you to the most beautiful ski slopes in the Dolomites or show you the silence of the mountains on one of our guided snowshoe or winter walks. Plus, look forward to toboggan adventures, skiing fun in the Sexten Dolomites, alpine hut magic at Chalet Hubertus, and so much more.

Sunday

  • 6.30 to 7 p.m.: Information meeting with the experts of the “Kron” ski school in the hotel lobby

Monday

  • 8.00 to 8.20 a.m.: Aqua fitness training "Fit & Fun" with Werner in the pool
  • 8.45 to 9.10 a.m.: Information's with Werner at the active info point
  • 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.: * Snow caterpillar ride to the Fanes plateau followed by a snowshoe hike with Werner
  • 4 to 4.40 p.m.: Cardio circuit training with Werner in the gymnastics room
  • 5 to 5.15 p.m.: Sauna infusion "Relax" with Werner in the blockhouse sauna
  • 5.30 to 5.45 p.m.: Information on how to sauna properly from Werner
  • 6 to 6.15 p.m.: Sauna infusion with "Winter scent" with Werner in the blockhouse sauna
  • From 7 p.m.: Tyrolean evening with culinary delights from the region 

Tuesday

  • 7.45 bis 8.10 a.m.: Aqua fitness training "Leg musculature" with Werner in the pool
  • 8.30 a.m to 5 p.m.: * Ski trip to the Sellaronda with Werner
  • 9.00 to 9.30 a.m: Pilates with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 9.30 to 10.00 a.m: Aerobic with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 10.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.: * Winter excursion followed by toboggan run with Sonja
  • 4 to 4.30 p.m.: Whole body training with dumbbells with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 5 to 5.40 p.m.: Information on indoor & outdoor activities with Werner in the meeting room 
  • 5.00 to 5.15 p.m.: Sauna infusion "Fruit mix" with Sonja in the blockhouse sauna
  • 5.30 to 5.50 p.m.: Aqua fitness training "Fit & Fun" with Sonja in the pool
  • 6 to 6.15 p.m.: “Herb garden” sauna infusion with Werner in the blockhouse sauna
  • 6.30 to approx. 7.30 p.m.: Technical tour behind the scenes with senior host Christian Gasser 

Wednesday

  • 8.00 to 8.20 a.m.: Aqua jogging "Fitness" with Werner in the pool 
  • 8.00 to 8.30 a.m.: Yoga with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.: * Ski tour with mountain guide Toni Obojes
  • 8.30 to 9.00 a.m.: Training with theraband with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 8.45 to 9.10 a.m.: Information's with Werner at the active info point
  • 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.: * Snowshoe / Winter excursion with Werner
  • 9.30 to 1 p.m.: * Living tradition "We learn how to make Tirtlan" with Sonja
  • 1.30 to 2 p.m.:  Blackroll workout with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 4.00 to 4.40 p.m.: Back training with Werner in the gymnastics room
  • 5 to 5.15 p.m.: “Ice crystals” sauna infusion with Werner in the blockhouse sauna
  • 5.30 to 5.45 p.m.: Information on how to sauna properly with Werner in the blockhouse sauna
  • 6 to 6.15 p.m.: “Wenik” sauna infusion with Werner in the blockhouse sauna
  • From 7 p.m.: Italian evening

Thursday

  • 8.00 a.m. to 5 p.m.: * Ski trip to Cortina d’Ampezzo with Werner
  • 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.: * Skiday at the Plan de Corones with Sonja
  • From 1 p.m.: Alpine hut party at the Chalet Hubertus with Family Gasser
  • 3.15 to 3.45 p.m.: PIlates with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 4 to 4.30 p.m.: ""Five Tibetan rites" with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 5 to 5.15 p.m.: “Rainforest” sauna infusion with Sonja in the blockhouse sauna 
  • 5.30 to 6.00 p.m.: Circuit training with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 6 to 6.15 p.m.: Sauna infusion "Magis scent" with Werner in the blockhouse sauna

Friday

  • 8.00 to 8.20 a.m.: Aqua fitness training "Arms & shoulders" with Werner in the pool
  • 8.00 a.m. to 4 p.m.: * Freeride ski tour with mountain guide Toni Obojes 
  • 8.45 to 9.30 a.m.: Information's with Werner at the active info point
  • 9.00 to 9.30 a.m.: Yoga with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 9.30 to 10.00 a.m.: Abdomen, legs & bottom with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 10.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.: * Accompanied snowmobile ride incl. toboggan descent at the foot of the Three Peaks with Werner 
  • 11.15 am to 12.00 pm.: * Sound bath with Tibetan Bowls with Sonja in the indoor pool
  • 1.00 to 3.30 p.m.: * Smell the winter: Easy walk with Sonja
  • 4.00 to 4.30 p.m.: Full body workout with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 4.00 to 4.40 p.m: Information's about the fitness equipment with Werner in the fitness room
  • 5 to 5.15 p.m.: Sauna infusion "Mountain air" with Sonja in the blockhouse sauna
  • 5.00 to 5.30 p.m.: Coordination with Werner in the gymnastics room
  • 6 to 6.15 p.m.: “Hop & malt” sauna infusion with Werner in the blockhouse sauna 
  • From 7 p.m.: Candle-light dinner

Saturday

  • 8.00 to 8.20 a.m.: “Fit and Fun” aqua fitness training with Sonja in the pool
  • 9.00 to 9.30 a.m.: Pilates with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 10.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.: * Snowshoe - / winter hike with Eberhard
  • 4 to 4.30 p.m.: Jacobson's progressive relaxation with Sonja in the gymnastics room
  • 5 to 5.15 p.m.: “Relaxation” sauna infusion with Sonja in the blockhouse sauna
  • 5.30 to 5.45 p.m.: Information on how to sauna properly with Sauna in the blockhouse sauna
  • 6 to 6.15 p.m.: “Hubertus Special” sauna infusion with Sonja in the blockhouse sauna
