Please take a seat at the lovingly decorated table, looking out the window at the sky and clouds, down into the valley. The new dining rooms bring the characteristic Tyrolean Stube in the Hubertus, homey, welcoming with wood-paneled walls made of larch and oak, romantic booths and warm lighting.
Artful and exceptional wall and ceiling paneling, floors and chairs made of local larch wood and the simple and discrete setting invite to daily culinary journeys.
This Stube, which is divided into two areas, enchants with its bright and inviting rooms and with a breathtaking view over the valley basin of Valdaora.
Small but nice: this harmonic Stube captivates through its idyllic atmosphere caused by elements in sprue wood and by bluish fine fabrics.
The dining hall is very spacious and right “at the center of the happenings” with its warm and soft materials.
Typical Tirolean Stube with light pine wood that spreads a decent scent of warm wood through the room.
The name “Hubertus” refers to the patron saint of hunters who honors this Stube. Antlers, trophies and other hunting devices also do their part to it.
The degraded paneling of an ancient farmhouse from Val Badia (1889) gives this Stube the charm of coziness, intimacy and tradition.
