You’ve always wanted to try out golf? We offer free trial lessons at the Golfclub in Reischach. Meeting point is the Driving-Range at the golf course. (You have to drive with your own car).

Today we make an easy excursion following the San Francesco path starting at Campo Tures. We pass also at the impressing waterfalls of Riva di Tures.

Jogging is a form of running at a slow pace. It strengthens the cardio-vascular system, improves body endurance and physical performance. Furthermore, it has a beneficial effect on bones density. Eberhard will explain you that the more important thing is a correct movement, not the speed itself.

Tuesday

Eberhard explains you the new equipment in our fitness room
and gives you some advice for your personal training.

This medium difficult tour brings you to the top of a beautiful panoramic mountain in the Dolomites of Braies.
Start with the hotel shuttle (limited numbers of participants, possibility to follow with your own car). Total walking time ca. 5 hours, altitude difference ca. 840 m.

One of the best ways to explore the beauty of our region is riding a bike.
Breathing pure mountain air, you ride along the quiet cycle route, admiring the beautiful nature that surrounds us.
Start with the hotel minibus (limited places, possibility to follow with your own car).
Please don’t forget the Holidaypass, possibly we can use the public transport. For the bike transport, there could be a surcharge (Euro 7,00).

The starting point of this easy walk is just very high so you reach very easy the hut on 2.000 m. You pass nice woods and can enjoy the beautiful view to the valley Pusteria, the Dolomites of Braies and also the Monte Putia.

Even this afternoon we have a selection of salad, cakes and fruit on the buffet.

It is easy to learn the technique of Nordic walking and the sport is perfect for all of us, young or old, fit or not, well-trained or beginners. It is good for general muscle training and stimulates the circulation, while the sticks help to protect the joints.

Good coordination processes are the basis for stability and security in everyday life and in sports. During this lesson, you will learn simple and basic exercises to improve your coordination and balance.

Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese practice for the cultivation of the own life energy (the so-called Qi). In China, it has been practiced for millenniums in order to preserve health and activate self-healing processes. Flo shows you exercises for breathing, body posture, movement, concentration and meditation, which help the harmonization and regulation of the life energy flow in your body. Meeting point at the hotel reception.

Eberhard shows you how to reach a better flexibility and agility by making some distension exercises. So, you can improve your shape and your sporting activities.

Mr. Gasser will accompany you on this interesting visit in our technical rooms and explains you the planning and installation of the central heating room, wood chips equipment, swimming pool technique, power distribution and the innovative Ekon program. Wednesday

In this brief workout, Eberhard shows you warm-up exercises for circulation and muscles, which are very useful before hiking. In this way you can avoid injuries and the muscles will be more flexible.
(We recommend gym clothes and sports shoes)

This excursion on the Croda de R’Ancona is the hinking-highlight of the season. In the footsteps of the World War I, we climb on one of the most beautiful peaks in the Natural Park Dolomites of Ampezzo. (from 15th July to 15th September taxi fee to pay because of public road closure).
Start with the hotel shuttle (limited numbers of participants, possibility to follow with your own car).
Total walking time ca. 4,5 hours, altitude difference ca. 800m.
Rest stop in a hut on return. Please take a packed lunch. You can order it the day before! (€ 8.-)

We use the public transport to go from Valdaora to Perca and from there we walk up to Teodone (about 45 minutes), where before we visit the farm “Von Grebmer” and later the South Tyrolean Folk and Art Museum, which illustrates the life of the rural society of the past – from the nobility to peasant life. Then we walk up to Brunico (about 30 minutes) and take the train back to Valdaora.

Starting from Anterselva you reach after 1,5 hours, passing on easy trails, the oldest renovated hut of the valley. Turning back to the parking place we pass also at the water fall Klammbach.

The unspoiled landscape around Olang and the Kronplatz offers you the possibility to discover the nature with all your senses and to regain new energy. Flo accompanies you to make a cosy walk to discover the beauty and variety of our landscape, from meadows to woods, from mountain herbs to plants and mushrooms. Let us surprise you!

In case of back problems the best therapy is to move. During this lesson, you will learn an interesting and intensive programme to prevent pain and to improve the stabilisation and invigoration of your back muscles.

Together with Flo you will learn to bake bread as in the past. He will show you how to bake bread in our original oven outside in the park, how to heat it and shape a loaf of bread. Taste it and let you surprise by the excellent flavour of home-made bread!

Thursday

Today we start in the Badia valley and walk to the Para dai Giai peak (2.456 m).The highlights of this hike are the beautiful high pleatoe Puez and the magnificent view from the peak Para dai Giai.

For the e-bike there will be charged extra, depending on the model of the e-bike (between € 14.- and € 26.-). The surcharge will be paid directly at the “Rent and Go” bike rental.

We start in Tesido (yard Mudler). The easy excursion on forest streets brings you to the hut Hochraut with view to Valdaora and the Dolomites of Valdaora.

Spend a pleasant hour by playing in our new park, on the handmade wood bowling alley. Bowling is a sport activity for everybody. The players roll a bowling ball down a wood-structure lane and towards nine pins positioned at the end of the lane. Try it by yourself, Eberhard gives you some tips!

Friday

All the participants will be brought by our shuttle bus to Furkelpass/Passo Furcia. We hike from Furkelpass on the top of Kronplatz/Plan de Corones.
After then, the legendary barbecue at the Chalet Hubertus will take place.
Total walking time ca. 4 hours, altitude difference ca. 550 m.
Cost for the barbecue and drinks € 10.- per person.

Zipline is the name of this extreme adventure. Experience the thrills of a flight in the heart of the Dolomites. Enjoy a breathtaking view attached to a cable – reaching even 100 meters in high, sliding speedily towards the village, with the wind in your hair and the skyrocketing heartbeats.
Start with the hotel shuttle (limited places, possibility to follow with your own car).
The cost for the Zipline is € 50.- per person (to pay directly on site).
After that experience, we reach the Chalet Hubertus, where the legendary barbecue with Family Gasser takes place.
Cost for the barbecue and drinks € 10.- per person.

From the Furkelpass/Passo Furcia we cross the Kronplatz/Plan de Corones and follow the Pracken trail Nr. 13. After ca. 2 hours we reach our Chalet Hubertus for the barbecue.
Total walking time ca. 3 hours, altitude difference: ca. 100 m.
Cost for the barbecue and drinks € 10.- per person.

The hut is also reachable with your own car along the “Pracken” street, just turn on
the right side from the hotel exit.

Improve the afternoon with cakes, soup and fresh fruit from the buffet.

Today Flo will show you a nice tour around the Nordic walking parkour at Valdaora/Olang. Start with the hotel shuttle (limited numbers of participants, possibility to follow with your own car).

Starting from the Passo Furcia we walk towards the fork Three Fingers following the path 3B. Walking through thick and luxuriant woods we enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley of Olang, the peaks Three Fingers and Piz da Peres, reaching a steep mountain meadow called “Balsaries”, where you can admire the beautiful alpine flora. At the Ücia Picio Prè, a typical and cosy mountain hut, we’ll be pampered gastronomically.

For the small hunger today we have prepared as usual a soup, salads, fruits and a selection of homemade cakes. In addition, you can enjoy a glass of sparkling wine.

Snowshoeing in the winter is absolutely wonderful, fresh air, the clarity of the sky and the snow-covered mountains are a

The ski tour of the four Dolomites Passes around the Sella massif is one of the most spectacular of the world. An amazing panorama is waiting for you!
Start with the hotel shuttle (limited numbers of participants, possibility to follow with your own car).
Surcharge € 10,00 per person for the guided ski tour – limited number of participants.

We start from the lake of Anterselva and walk along the main road towards the Passo Stalle (closed during winter) and then along the forest road to the Montal-Steinzger hut. To descend we walk along the same path to the starting point.

Wednesday

A different ski trip… Together we go to Plan de Corones and from the valley station “Ried” by the train Ski Pustertal Express we reach the valley station Versciaco/Monte Elmo, from where we have direct access to the ski carousel of the Sextner Dolomites. The use of the Ski Pustertal Express train is free for all our guests. Please don’t forget the Holidaypass (Mobilcard).

We start from the parking place above Riva di Tures/Sand in Taufers and walk along a pleasant forest road in the wonderful Knutten valley to the Knutten hut. There we have a stop for lunch and then walk back to the starting point.

How about an unforgettable wine-tasting session at 2,275 m above sea level? Indulge in mouth-watering local delicacies and a top selection of fine South Tyrolean wines presented by an expert sommelier in the picturesque setting of three different mountain inns at Kronplatz. A professional skiing instructor will accompany you between the three locations.

Enjoy the special atmosphere of Cortina d’Ampezzo, place of the Olympic Games 1956, with beautiful slopes at the Monte Cristallo, the famous Tofane of Cinque Torri.

Surcharge € 10,00 per person for the guided ski tour – limited number of participants.

From the parking place “Ponticello/Brückele” there are different hiking possibilities. We can start directly from here and walk up to the plateau Prato Piazza/Plätzwiese or we can go by bus/car until the parking place on the plateau and from there hike in this wonderful landscape with breathtaking panoramic views to the Dolomites.
Price for the bus ticket to Prato Piazza/Plätzwiese: € 4,50/one way.

A great winter experience! Accompanied on big snowmobiles we go from Misurina to the Auronzo refuge, on foot of the Three Peaks. After a break we will enjoy a toboggan descent (about 5 km) back to the starting point.

Surcharge € 20,00 per person for the accompanied snowmobile tour and the toboggan rent, to pay directly to Werner. Limited number of participants.

Improve the afternoon with cakes, soup and fresh fruit from the buffet.

At 13.00 clock the family expects you on the Chalet Hubertus in the middle of the ski area (directly under the hut “Pracken” on the slope “Alpen” – n° 18). With a hot goulash soup, beverages, and lots of fun we conclude the holiday week.
The Chalet is also reachable with your own car along the “Pracken” street or you can walk to the Chalet from the hotel (ca. 1,5 h).

We start from the parking place near the farm Mudlerhof in Tesido/Taisten and hike up the steep forest road to the hut Taistner. We return to the starting point on foot or by toboggan, if there is enough snow.
