After so many weeks of vacations on the “balconies” it is time to look ahead and travel again…
a holiday in our beautiful South Tyrol!

But what does vacation in South Tyrol mean?

  • A holiday far away from the daily chaos!
  • A holiday with relaxation & movement!
  • A holiday in the beautiful nature!
  • An environmentally holiday!
  • A holiday with character!

We’re heading towards a new normal, finding strength in our unity and employing measures necessary to ensure safety. Some things are different; many things might be new.
Of course, we take great care to ensure that we in the Hubertus don’t give the corona virus any more chance! Numerous measures are taken to ensure the highest quality in combination with safety and protection. Our Covid-19 measures are adapted to the recommendations of the WHO (World Health Organization) and regional and national health and hygiene regulations.

Entry / border openings:
Italy opens the regional borders as well as the external borders for the Schengen area (except Austria) on June 3rd. This allows entry for all citizens from the Schengen area (except Austria).
Passage through Austria to South Tyrol / Italy is permitted – without a stopover and with ensuring the exit. We therefore recommend taking the booking confirmation with you. So nothing stands in the way of a vacation in beautiful South Tyrol!

You’ll find enough space within our vast natural landscape to take a deep breath and enjoy your newly gained freedom. Recharge your batteries inside the shelter of our tranquil valleys, expansive high-alpine pastures and rugged forests.

  • You can use our varied activity program (guided hikes, bike excursions, various exercise units, etc.). With the necessary distance, we guarantee a safe pleasure here too.
  • Cable cars are allowed to open from May 25th.
  • Trade and gastronomy, as well as alpine pastures and shelters are open since May 11th.
  • Public transport by bus and train is fully guaranteed (free with your Holidaypass)
  • Museums and sights will be open from May 25th

Our employees are equipped with the appropriate safety equipment and disinfect or clean their hands regularly. There is no obligation to wear a mask at the table for people who live in the same room. The necessary distance between the tables is also guaranteed. In the Hubertus kitchen, all surfaces are regularly disinfected, face protection and gloves are a matter of course.

Our wellness area with 5 outdoor pools, different relaxation rooms and our outdoor Alpenreych Park invite you to relax safely. Pampering massages and cosmetic treatments in our Alpenreych SPA will take place as usual, observing the prescribed hygiene measures. Information and hygiene guidelines for the sauna area and the indoor pool will be defined and published by the EU over the next few days.

Safety for all:

In order to ensure a carefree holiday, we provide plenty of means for disinfection, all over the grounds. Mouth-and-nose protection and other safety equipment is also available. All of our employees are regularly checked and trained. Hygiene and cleanliness have always been our top priority and are now being intensified again. All surfaces in public areas are disinfected and cleaned several times a day.

Due to the current difficult situation, we have relaxed our cancellation conditions. Should a journey not be possible due to the corona virus (entry ban, renewed lockdown, corona infection), a free cancellation is possible.

Everything has changed, but we’re still the same. Your satisfaction and a high level of quality remain our firm standards.
We and our staff are at your disposal anytime and will provide you with the best advice in every situation.
