Dear guest, when it's raining during your at least 7 days-summer-holidays (except august) at the time from 08.00 to 18.00 o'clock 8 full hours direct on our hotel, you have the possibility of a substitude for this bad day and you are therefor our guest.

General conditions
- The prices are for person and day (half board)
- In case of a stay of less than 3 days we charge additional Euro 15.- for person and day
- For third bed in double room - 10% price reduction
- Dogs on request (without food Euro 8.- per day)
- Deduction from the price for half board in case of bed and breakfast only - Euro 15.- for person and day
- Children`s beds and baby seats are available.
- In case of reservation a deposit of Euro 100.- for person has to be paid
- In case of later arrival or earlier departure the days booked and reserved by writing will be counted in compliance with the European directives.
- On the day of arrival the rooms are available after 15.00 o` clock
- On the day of departure the rooms have to be vacated before 10.00 o` clock
- The garage costs Euro 5.- per day.
Unser Hotel liegt ca. 500 mt von der Talstation "Gassl" entfernt und verfügt über einen hoteleigenen Skibus der den Pendeldienst dorthin macht - durchgehend von 08,30 bis 11,00 und von 14,30 bis 17,00 Uhr. Die Skipisten sind bei genügend Naturschnee (mind. 80 cm) auch mit den Skieren erreichbar (nicht gewalzte Abfahrt).
Cancellation requirements according
General Terms of Contract according to Article 1341 ZGB (Civil Code), which are valid for agreements/contracts between the Alpenhotel Hubertus KG and the guests and/or person who makes the booking:
Cancellation requirements according to Art. 1382 ZGB (Civil Code)
1. At least 45 days before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s), the hotel contract can by cancelled by the guest or the person who made the booking without a cancellation fee. The cancellation must be made in writing.
2. In the case of a cancellation by the guest or the person who made the booking, during the period between the 30th day of the agreed day of arrival and the actual day of arrival, the guest is liable for payment of the following cancellation fees:
Cancellation no later than 30 days before the day of arrival: Account
Cancellation no later than 15 days before the day of arrival: 50 % of the agreed total price
Cancellation no later than 8 days before the day of arrival: 60 % of the agreed total price
Cancellation of less than 8 days before the day of arrival: 70 % of the agreed total price
3. The cancellation must be made in writing and must be received by the hotel no later than the above named dates before the agreed day of arrival of the guest(s).
4. If the booked rooms could not be let out to another person, the guest or the person who made the booking is liable to pay 80 % of the agreed total price.
5. The agreed price ist he price, which was agreed for accommodation, catering and possibly other services.
6. If all booked rooms/beds cannot be let to another person, the percentage of the agreed price relates only to the agreed price and not the booked rooms/beds.
Regulation in the case of early departure of the guest
In the case that the guest(s) departs early, he/she/they is/are liable to pay the price fort he actual stay, as well as 80 % of the agreed price for the remaining services not used.
